The Bureau of the Commons is a bureau of the Parliament of Milk and Honey that moves goods between the Commonwealth’s 83 republics. Essential goods are supposed to reach everyone regardless of their island’s size or output, but remote republics with poor shipping connections often receive goods later and with less variety than major population centres.
